妙用桃花為美容添色

春天是桃花盛開的季節，唐代詩人崔護有“人面桃花相映紅”的詩句，桃花確實能給人美容增色。下面介紹幾種簡單實用、易於操作的桃花美容方。

桃花粥取桃花(乾品)2克，粳米100克，紅糖30克。將桃花置於沙鍋中，用水浸泡30分鐘，加入粳米，文火煨粥，粥成時加入紅糖，拌勻。每日1劑，早餐1次趁溫熱食用，每5劑為一療程，間隔5日後可服用下一療程。適用於血瘀表現(如臉色暗黑、月經中有血塊、舌有紫斑、大便長期乾結)者。此粥既有
美容作又可以活血化瘀。但此粥不宜久服，且月經期間應暫停服用，月經量過多者忌服。如用新鮮桃花瓣效果更好。鮮品每日可用4克。

桃花豬蹄美顏粥桃花(乾品)1克，豬蹄1只，粳米100克。將桃花焙乾，研細末備用。把豬蹄皮肉與骨頭分開，置鐵鍋中加水，旺火煮沸，撇去浮沫，
改文火燉至豬蹄爛熟時將骨頭取出，加入粳米及桃花末，繼續用文火煨粥，粥成時加入適量細鹽、味精、香油、蔥花、生薑末，拌勻，隔日一劑，分數次溫服。本方有活血潤膚、益氣通乳、豐肌美容、化瘀生新之功效，適用於面部有色斑的哺乳女子。產後服用此粥，既可通乳，又可去除面部色斑，並滋潤皮膚、補益身體。

桃花增白方桃花(乾品)60克，冬瓜仁75克，橘皮45克，共研成極細末，置瓷瓶中備用，每次1克，每日2～3次，飯後用溫糯米酒送下。本方有活血化瘀、去斑增白、潤膚悅色之功效，可用於顏面較黑或面有黃褐斑者。

桃花丸取初開桃花，烘乾研磨過篩，煉蜜為丸，早晚各服6克。此丸對肝鬱氣滯、血行不暢所致面色黯黑或見粉刺、痤瘡、蝴蝶斑者均有良效；還可用於婦女痛經及偏頭痛的治療。

桃花茶取桃花(乾品)4克，冬瓜仁5克，白楊樹皮3克。於每年農曆三月初三日採集桃花，曬乾，保存。每天取桃花乾品與冬瓜仁、白楊樹皮置杯中，沸
水沖泡，加蓋，10分鐘後可飲。可反复沖泡3～4次，當茶水飲用，每日一劑。適用於有面部黑斑、妊娠色素斑、老年斑者，以及日照較強地區的皮膚較黑者。孕婦及月經量過多者忌服。

桃花酒桃花(農曆三月初三日採集)及上等白酒各適量。將桃花倒入酒壇中，加上等白酒，以酒浸沒桃花為度，加蓋密封，浸泡30日之後啟封，滗出藥酒
另放，每次取藥酒5～10毫升飲用，早晚各1次。將桃花瓣放回酒壇，加適量白酒再浸45日，作為第二次藥酒，每次服10～20毫升，早晚各1次。健康中青年男女皆宜，飲之可防病美容悅色。月經量多者忌服。

桃花白芷酒採集花苞初放的桃花300克，白芷40克同放於瓶中，加上等白酒1000毫升，密封，一個月後開封取用。每日早晚各飲桃花白芷酒1盅，
同時倒少許藥酒於手掌之中，雙手對擦，待手心發熱後，來回擦面部。本方能去除臉部黑斑，治療面色無華、黑斑及產後臉色黯黑等，一般使用40～60天，色斑消失，面色變得紅潤光澤。

刷卡，這個事情，不管是從前，還是現在，對我來說都是一個奢侈的事情。當然，我不能妄說將來。因為沒準以後天上掉下個大餡餅，砰地一下就砸我頭上，於是，我就能刷刷刷，刷得天昏地暗呢。沒辦法，老天可能還沒把那個既能讓我暴富還不至於砸死我的大餡餅做好，於是，我就得心驚肉跳地刷著卡。

看過不少書，也看過很多電影電視劇，當然，也聽出過國的人講過，外國人刷卡，那是個日常行為。是個習慣。無論消費多小，或者多大，基本上都刷卡。現金恐怕只用來施捨，或者是給給服務生的小費。一定沒條件刷卡的地方，也可以拿出個人支票本來，幾筆填上數據，籤上大名。結帳了事。

至於那些一般有點錢的人刷卡，自然只能是偶爾奢侈一下。平常都得時刻計算自己的銀行存款，計算自己的收入和支出。得估量著餘額夠不夠。自己的收入能不能及時跟上。於是，琢磨著恰當的時候刷上一回卡。或者現金不夠的時候，咬咬牙，刷上一回。等錢一到手，馬上就去銀行補上。

至於我是，窮人，地道窮人。我是佔了原先的光，還辦了幾張信用卡，尤其是得虧一個銀行審批的寬鬆，撥拉給我一張兩萬額度的金卡。弄得我滿錢包都插著卡，也金光閃閃的。碰上我洗完澡，神采奕奕，穿戴整齊，一掏出錢包，倒還像個有點錢的人。但是，實話實說，真委屈了這些卡。為什麼這麼說呢。因為我掏出它們的時候，大多在超市的收銀機前面，至少6000，多則20000的刷卡額度，就為了應付我那幾十塊的消費額。還都是用在了普通食物上。有時候我都想，如果我是那張金卡，還不如自己裂開報廢算了。室內設計,

Summer of peppermint flavor
